Cutting Edge Lawn Maintenance, LLC is based out of St.
Mary's County. We currently provide service in St.
Mary's, southern Calvert, and southern Charles
counties, but are steadily expanding into other areas.
Residential. We work directly with each home owner to
understand their wants and needs, and work to stay in
their budget. There are many alternatives to these
services, and each property requires custom pricing.
Commercial. We offer partial or full maintenance options
for commercial properties. The bottom line is that your
location looks neat, clean, and helps you attract
business. It is our business to tend to that need of
yours.
Home Owner Associations. We have partial or full
maintenance options available. We understand budget
limitations, and work with the board of trustees to work
within those budgets and to still get the needed
maintenance done.
Government. We bid on and maintain various
government properties when awarded.
Schools. We have all the needed equipment to maintain
large areas, including ball fields.

and carries the appropriate Contractor's Insurance
and each employee is covered under the appropriate
Workman's Comprehensive Coverage.
When requesting estimates, it is always in the
property owner's best interest to require each
contractor to have those insurance coverages.
Certificates of insurance can be provided when the
job/contract is awarded.
Even though a contractor with Insurance may be a bit
higher on price, in the long run, it is worth that
expense. If a contractor accidentally breaks out a
window or patio door, will they have the cash to cover
the repair; or if their mower throws a stone and
injures an individual, the property owner could be
sued if the contractor isn't insured.

is why we have insurance. Unfortunately, accidents
do happen. We just need to make them right, when/if
they do happen, and not have it affect the property

equipment and sharing opinions and experiences with other companies to be able to work with reliable equipment
that does the best job on each property. Each property requires a different style of equipment, and Cutting Edge
Lawn Maintenance, LLC has that variety of equipment.
We have 21" push mowers, 48" walk behinds, 50" - 62" riding mowers, 60" zero turns, and 72" riding mowers. The
majority of our mowers are capable of bagging. We mow medium lawns to large estates to ball fields. We have
numerous mowers, so in the event of mechanical break downs, other mowers are available to get the job done.
We also have the needed equipment for hauling in topsoil, rotor tilling up old lawns, leveling and grading them, and
then installing new lawns.
